I dealt with Charles on the internet and phone was nice and polite. Had or got all information I need to make my mind up about coming in to see boat. He met us at the door when we got there and ask about our trip and if we need anything (very nice). Did our boat test and closed the deal. Everyone at Powersport are nice and helpful. The only two things that would of ben nice is if Charles could of been on the boat (thru the whole deal) and a extra table and chairs or seating area for your customer. (Employee: Charles Knight)
